to create a vCard for yourself, you need to add an address book entry for yourself in Outlook Express:
- Select Tools | Address Book from the menu in Outlook Express.
- Click on New | New Contact.
- Enter all the information you want included with your vCard.
- Click OK
That’s it, you have just created a vCard for yourself in Outlook Express.
Now if you want to send the vcard each time you send email, here are the instructions
- Select Tools | Options from the menu in Windows Mail or Outlook Express.
- Go to the Compose tab.
- Make sure the check box next to Mail: under Business Card is enabled.
- Select your name in the drop-down list to the right.
- Click OK.
Now your vCard is appended to all outgoing emails automatically.
